Noel graduated from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business with dual majors in Marketing and Design. He holds Certificates of International Business and Asian Pacific Studies from Notre Dame Australia. Noel also holds an MBA from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. He is a member of the board of Directors of Nature Forward, an important non-profit naturalist institution based in the Washington Capital region.

  • Lead the positioning of the Bozzuto brand as a distinct and compelling voice in the multifamily space through impactful storytelling, data-driven brand strategy, media planning, and dialed creative execution across the organization's four companies.

  • Principally responsible for the brand launch and commercial performance of an active new development pipeline of over 20,000 Class A, investment-grade apartment units across the organization’s nation-wide footprint.

  • Oversaw the launch of over 130 apartment brands across the country, equating to over 35,000 new apartment units entering the portfolio and 63% growth in the organization over a 6-year tenure.

  • Contributions equated to a financial value of over $16 billion to the organization’s menu of institutional investors. Clients have included JP Morgan, Northwestern Mutual, MetLife, Prudential Real Estate Advisors, and Barings.
